Just a year after calling off their divorce, Sylvester Stallone and his wife of 26 years Jennifer Flavin are in the mood for celebration.

Stallone, 77, and Flavin, 55, are proving that they're as loved up as ever by returning to a monumental location for Stallone – the iconic Rocky steps in Philadelphia.

Stallone and his brother Frank Stallone, along with Flavin, were snapped in front of the famous steps where Rocky Balboa made his iconic jog during the Rocky film.

"On our way back to Florida we stopped by the steps of the [Philadelphia] Art Museum Steps, which my brother put on the map with Rocky 47 yrs ago," Frank Stallone wrote, posting the images to Instagram.

Earlier this year, Stallone and Flavin put their divorce drama behind them for good when they launched a reality series – The Family Stallone at a New York City restaurant Torrisi.

Their daughters Sophia, 26, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20, were also in attendance, with the eight-part docuseries said to be, according to Stallone, one that's "going to shock people, for sure."

As Stallone told reporters in November, per People: "Because a lot of times people say, 'Oh reality TV?' and, you know, 'Does he need a job or something?'"

"I'm feeling I have this resurgence go on. My time for this will show me, what it's like, not when you're Oprah or retired. It's the ultimate home movie, I'll say," he said.

The Rocky star also added at the time that his family is "all that matters", saying, "In life, I just want to set my dreams and aspirations, and now it's their turn."

"I'm not going to be around forever, so I'm embracing being cool, which means I have to take a lot of you know what," Stallone laughed. "But, it's worth it."

Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter later that month, Stallone said that "of course" his and Flavin's marital issues would be a part of the show, which premieres on Paramount+ on May 17.

"It's the John Lennon thing: 'Life is what happens when you're making other plans,'" Stallone said. "Hopefully you're involved with people who understand the foibles of life and the fragility of it and how rare a real good relationship is."

Breakup rumours were swirling for weeks after fans noticed some interesting social media activity from Flavin, and in August 2022, the model officially confirmed to People she had filed for divorce from her actor husband.

"I'm sad to announce that after 25 years of marriage I have filed for divorce from my husband Sylvester Stallone," she said in a statement. "While we will no longer be married, I will always cherish the more than 30-year relationship that we shared, and I know we are both committed to our beautiful daughters."

Stallone, meanwhile, said via his representative: "I love my family. We are amicably and privately addressing these personal issues."

It wasn't the first time the couple had separated, and by September, it emerged that the pair had reconciled.

Months later, Stallone gave his first interview about the almost-divorce, saying it had been "a very tumultuous time."

"There was a reawakening of what was more valuable than anything, which is my love for my family," Stallone told The Sunday Times, speaking about how he had been too focused on his career.

"It takes precedence over my work, and that was a hard lesson to learn."
