Popular Asian action stars from the cult action franchise Ong Bak are in talks to join the cast of the sequel of the Indian Martial arts/animal lover vigilante film Lakadbaggha titled Lakadbaggha 2 – The Monkey Business.

The film which goes on floor later this year is touted to be an action festival. Anshuman Jha who starred in the first part as the animal lover vigilante Arjun Bakshi – is back in town and has begun training for the sequel after the birth of his daughter in America. Confirming the news, Associate producer of First Ray films, said, “We intend to make the wildest hand to hand combat action film from India & yes we are roping in many international action stars including Tony and Dan for the sequel.”

Confirming the news, Anshuman Jha, said, “Very excited to have begun training for Lakadbaggha 2 – the animal lover-vigilante universe gets bigger. Sunny Pang, Dan Chupong, Tony Jaa are some of the biggest Asian stars & I am a huge fan of these Asian stars. It will be a dream come true for me in addition to being a huge responsibility to be an action film with any of them.”

Kecha Kamphakdee(Ong-Bak) & Vicky Arora(RRR & Ramayana) are signed up to design the action for the film. Ad-filmmaker Sanjay Shetty (Who is a Krav-Maga World Title holder in reality) will be Directing the sequel to the film which will be shot across South East Asia. With the influx of these Asian martial-arts masters – this is an action genre film which is truly upping the tempo for the sequel.

Shreyas Talpade, a well-known Indian actor, has expressed his disappointment with Audi India’s after-sales service on X, formerly known as Twitter. In a series of tweets, Talpade recounted a “horrid” experience he has had with his new Audi Q7, which he purchased in January 2024.

Talpade’s frustration appears to stem from both the car itself and the customer service he has received while trying to get the issues resolved. He describes the team as “seemingly trying” but ultimately unsuccessful in addressing the problems. He wrote, “Dear @AudiIN @AudiOfficial Since the time we bought our new Audi Q7 this January end, we’ve had a horrid horrid experience not only with the car but also the team who is seemingly ‘trying’ to resolve the issue. Can you pls help us with someone with the right Authority who can help us resolve the same.”

In his tweets, Talpade emphasizes his loyalty to the Audi brand, stating that he has been a customer for “several years.”  He expresses his hope that this is not how Audi typically treats its loyal customers. The actor concludes his tweets by requesting a response “ASAP” from Audi, indicating a desire for a swift resolution to the matter. He added, “I guess this is the least we can expect now, from a brand like yours, after having gone through a horrible experience in the last 3 months. We’ve been loyal Audi customers for several years now but really disappointed with this experience.”

While the specific nature of the problems Talpade is facing with his Q7 is not mentioned in the tweets, his public expression of dissatisfaction is likely to draw attention to the issue.

Meanwhile, Shreyas Talpade will be starring in Kartam Bhugtam and Welcome to the Jungle.

Anurag Basu celebrated his birthday on Wednesday alongside his close family and friends including the lead actors of his upcoming movie Metro…In Dino. A video of the duo goes viral where we can see the director offering his birthday cake to the guests present at the celebration. In the clip were spotted Sara and Aditya standing next to each other where the director also teases Aditiya by pretending to smash cake in his mouth. Speculations make their way suspecting that two might just be the latest hot jodi in town.

Aditiya had reportedly ended his two-year relationship with Ananya Panday while Sara has always kept close about her dating life, which makes this rumour even more buzzful for all the Bollywood bees.

While most of us want them to be a thing and confirm these rumours, others considered the duo to be just co-stars. Sara and Aditiya will be seen on screen playing lovers in Basu’s upcoming film which is scheduled to be released on September 13. The casting also includes big names like Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, Kokana Sensharma, Ali Fazal and Fatima Sana Shaikh. The movie Metro…In Dino was earlier scheduled in December 2023 and later moved to March 2024.
